I was with him for two days and he even came to my house to rest. We sang together and were on-air constantly for hours. A year or so later he came to my city and we both co-hosted the March of Dimes telethon. I got the same feeling with Anson Williams (Potsy). I got almost instant gaydar that he was homo. He never did anything outwardly to show he was gay.
Travolta was mighty young at that time (and so was I). I sat at a table with Travolta, Ronnie Howard, Anson Williams, and the rest of the cast. “Happy Days” was making its debut that season.
